Through our own offices and the ones we
manage, we’re in the position to recruit
and provide highly
qualified and experienced crew regardless vessel’s type
(Tankers Crude
& Products, Chemical, LNG, LPGC, OBO, Dry Cargoes, Reefers, A-H /
supply Tug, Crew Boat, Dive support, Firefighting/Standby, Supply/pipe,
D.P. Vessels, Dredgers, Hoppers, Trawlers, Seiners, Longliners, etc); all Rigs types are of exploration, production or accomodation (drill-ship, jack-up, sumersible or semi-sumersible).
Crew sources are mainly Spanish,
Latin America (Hondurans from the
Bay islands
“Bonaca,
Roatan and Utila for the offshore support vessels), Lithuanian,
Rumanian, Russian, Ukrainian and Indian (For other
crews nationalities we
deal with local correspondence).
Choosing among crew who really has proven experience for the ship they
intend to be employed, wages we Apply, (unless ITF to be
negotiated up on
Owners specific request),
may be quite
attractive and at a
very competitive
level. |

For your quick references only, we actually operate as follow:
- Providing full crew being one single nationality or
different solution when vessel’s
under registry or flag where
minimum number of CEE members are required.
- We supply individual crew members in those cases in which
is required to cover a percentage of officers and/or ratings (CEE)
Spanish (Deck- Engines) on board vessels under European Second
Registry flagged ships or even to nationally registered vessels.
- We have qualified Rig Crew members for the Gas/Oil Industry (Offshore/Onshore), full compliance with NOGEPA; OLF & OPITO prescriptions.
- We have very well prepared and skilled “repair team”
technicians ( welders,
mechanics, electricians, electronics, divers,
painting, etc) either individually or in a team for program maintenance and/or special
reparations. |
All
our crews are holders of:
- STCW95 Certificates (included Officers Licences flag
endorsement).
- Drug & Alcohol Test.
- Pre - joining Medical Certificates.
As
a curiosity we would like to mention that affinity of Spanish
language
among
"hispanos" gives us the possibility of creating
multinational crews
with the Manual SMM (SGS) in their own language.
We are keen to create “Crew Company’s
Closed” which allow any
single Ship Owners we serve to keep their Own Crew within
their
organization. |
